Terms of service
1. The service
Celnet Technology provides Celnet, a service that captures ad clicks, matches them to conversions and sends those conversions to the customer’s connected ad accounts.
2. Customer responsibilities
- Only connect ad accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
- Only send conversions that really happened, with accurate values.
- Obtain any consent required by law for the data you send, and follow the advertising and data policies of each ad platform you connect.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use Celnet to send fabricated or inflated conversions, to upload data you have no right to use, or to circumvent an ad platform’s policies. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Data
Data is handled as described in our privacy policy. Customers keep ownership of their data.
5. Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. Ad platforms decide independently whether to accept each conversion. To the extent permitted by law, Celnet Technology is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including advertising spend or campaign performance.
